Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any point in the “billing” section of the app in your school settings.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you cancel your subscription within 30 days of your first payment and want your money back, simply email us, and we’ll issue a refund.
Are there any transaction fees from SchoolMaker?
No. If you use SchoolMaker to take payments with Stripe, you will only pay Stripe’s standard fees. We also have a Zapier integration if you prefer to add members via another payment system.
